Crunchy Booster plugin updated to v3.5.0 -> v4.1.5

I would like to thank all user of “Crunchy Booster” plugin. Thanks for your wonderful support/request and feedbacks. As per your request I’ve added Alexa Rank meta tag option to v3.5.0 and BlogCatalog meta tag to v4.1.5. Also fixed the Yahoo meta tag bug (closing tag and lower case).
