Found a workaround and this seems related to Bluetooth. Turned off #Bluetooth before putting #Mac on sleep for 2 nights and didn't notice issue. Crossed check again after turning it on and issue reappeared. I do connect #airpodspro and #applekeyboard. Let me know what you find.

Yes it very much seems to be related to having BT being on. In any case, some reaction of @Apple/@AppleSupport as to when to expect a fix for this would be nice. This is an annoying problem for a while now. pic.twitter.com/710eUA4GAG

To close this thread, apple has fixed this issue as part of 12.3 Beta (21E5206e) release.
