It is the most popular and free keyword research tool out there. It is suitable for Expert blogger and Newbie both.

To use Google keyword planner, you need to login to your google account from here. Make sure you have Adwords account successfully setup, else you will have to setup your first ad.
On below page, you can enter your desired keyword. Then customize filters as your requirement and click on get ideas. You will get plenty of keyword result.
PRO TIP:
If you want to check that on which keyword your competitor is ranking, just enter URLs of your competitors in the landing page tab and you will get the keyword list of the web page is ranking for.

It’s best and easiest tool for researching keywords. It is not like typical keyword research tool. It provides much more features that can be helpful for choosing a keyword.
You just need to add a base keyword to start your research and just add your website or your competitor website and it will give you a list of keywords that are ranking for that website.
